Refund Policy

CI Security Shield is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If the plugin does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the following terms.

Monthly Plans ($19/month)

You have 7 days from the date of your original purchase to request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are available for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and your access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans ($149/year)

You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase or renewal to request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are available for annual subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@c-istudios.com with your license key and the email address associated with your purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Conditions

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer.
  • Technical issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments do not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us first and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • If a refund is granted, you agree to deactivate and uninstall CI Security Shield from all sites associated with the license.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by contacting us at contact@c-istudios.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your license remains active until the end of the paid period.
