005 Questions about the bill
The boring, useful ones.
Real ones. Pulled from billing tickets, not invented for the page.
What counts as one site?
One production domain. Subdomains share the same license (so blog.example.com and shop.example.com are one site). Annual customers get a free staging license — the staging install can be on a separate domain or a staging URL like staging.example.com.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — one click from your account. The 14-day money-back refund applies if you cancel within your first two weeks: one email and we send the money back to the original payment method. After day 14, you can still cancel any time, but no refund is issued. Your data stays where it is either way — settings, event logs, dashboard scores all sit untouched if you ever come back.
Is there a free trial?
No, but there is a 14-day money-back refund — every feature unlocked, every day. Install Shield, paste your license, run it on your real site for two full weeks. If you’re not happy by day 14, one email gets a full refund — no survey, no exit interview. Better than a trial, because nothing is gated while you’re testing it.
What about an agency or multi-site plan?
Email hello@c-istudios.com. We offer a 10-site bundle at $99/month and a 50-site bundle at $399/month, both with a shared dashboard and consolidated billing. WordPress Multisite is supported as a single license — every subsite is protected.
How does the refund work?
One email to hello@c-istudios.com within 14 days of purchase. We refund within two business days, to the original payment method. No survey, no “could we set up a quick call,” no try-to-save-you flow. After day 14 we don’t issue refunds, but you can still cancel any time.
Are there transaction fees, setup fees, or migration fees?
No. The price on the page is the price on the receipt. Card surcharges (1.5% for non-USD or AmEx in some regions) are absorbed by us. We do not charge for installation, configuration, or migration from another plugin — even if it requires a 30-minute Zoom.
